    It’s hard to believe the stories of people telling that they lost 10 kg in a month by doing this workout , seriously I am doing it for a month now and hardly loose 3KG , I believe it also depends upon your other routines and diet not just this workout so please don’t give people false hope that this workout is some type of a megical thing

    I have been doing this work out during lockdown days i was 82 kg on that time now iam 62 kg .i lossed 20 kg in 3 months.i know I am very late to put this review .it is because of i missed this video link .to day I coinsidently see this video then i desided to put my review for this video.thank you for this video.and today iam very happy and more confident in my appearance . for those people who started work out for weightloss go for it one day you will be more happy and more confident about your appearance 👍 thankyou ❤
