Hi Anna, I must be your oldest fan. I am 65 years old. I absolutely love your standing exercises like jumping jacks and lunges but burpees and planking, not so much. Can you suggest something else for me to do while you are doing burpees and planking?

I was trying this work out. it is very intense. But i stopped after 20 mintes because my left leg starts having sharp pain. It is just one leg not anywhere elese in my body.
