This is really well thought out, easy to follow. I love that it shows you what's coming up during the break, so you can be ready. I appreciated the beeps that tell you there's 10 seconds left, then again when you can stop (since you're on the floor and not looking at the screen). Smart & helpful layout. Good workout too!

This isn't a very even work out for full body. It's mostly legs and butt workouts.

When I first time I tried it so It's very difficult for me 😞 second day I complete half way now I think I will do it 😉 in my third day i comlete full workout now I complete 7 days and I will see some changes in me 🎉😊 I feel very motivated and proud to me 💪💖 and thank you so much anna to make this workout is change my life I am very happy 😁❤😊🎉

I love how these videos show the percentage, instead of focusing on the minutes I like seeing the percent
I really enjoyed this one, although I only did 50% of the video first try, it did help me kind of regain my motivation to get back into it, took a break for a few days and struggled getting back into it
I actually did not think this was beginner friendly at all and feel like you need more training to work with beginners. I have a coordination disorder so those lunge pulse for example would have wiped my knees out for weeks if I had attempted them. I do not reccomend this for anyone with joint issues or coordination issues .
this was tough but so good. felt every part of my body.
