No rest at all…. Heart beat so fast..
Evey exercise need 30 sec rest atleast
I after facing it by 30 minutes ๐ข๐ฎ.. my heart stop breathing ๐ฎ.. very much effective cardio workout ๐ช.

At my wedding im at 62kg in 4 years
after 2 c' section im weighted 79.5 on 11 sep 2024
Goal is 65
+ khana km krugi 1 roti ko half plus avoid junk food as much as i can and avoiding sugar drinks (cold drinks or tang etc)
Who can give me some motivation…. ๐ช๐ช

One of the best workout
I used to continuously do this workout in 2019. I found it so effective and lost 7 kgs in 3 months.
In October 2019 my weight was 60 kg and after my weight loss it was 53 kgโฆ But after the lockdown, I stopped this exercise and was eating new unhealthy food along with my meals.. Then my weight increased by 10 kg ๐ข and now my weight is 63kgs
again I have started this workout session with quitting sugar and outdoor food.
Will update here after losing weight..

I lost 5 kg in two months with no over eating…I eat normal junk food in a week….like 4 piece momos..sugar tea… after that I lost 5 kg in two weak….. before this I had 65 kg weight and now…60
