Here is another no jumping, no repeats workout for you!
This is a fun and easy workout that you can easily do at home to lose lower body fat!

You can easily do this workout everyday even though it’s a half hour workout. The doable routines included in this workout will help you achieve the best results as you regularly do the workout.

    I used to work out regularly and was quite fit despite my lung condition, but after I had covid , my stamina drastically reduced, cant continue physical activity for more than few secs. your video appealed to me due to ample rest times in between. However to begin with I have started most exercises for half the count in the video. intend to increase them to full count in a fortnight. will report back then.
