Target and tone your thighs with this 20 min no-repeat workout. No equipment required, though for some extra burn – grab a pillow to use at the end 🔥🔥🔥 Let’s do it team!

▸ Muscles Worked: Inner & Outer Thighs
▸ Time: 20 Min
▸ Equipment: 1 x medium size pillow

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

1. Warm Up 0:00 – 03:32
2. Workout 03:32 – 20:24
3. Cool Down 20:24 – 23:55
