Me seeing everyone doing all the workout and seeing results also me who can only do the T rotation for almost 1 month
I’m doing this as I don’t have time to walk or run. This is the fast way to get burned, but the hardest way to lose way. I found the easiest thing to lose weight (it worked) is good rest and eat less.

Day 1: felt like i could barely get through the routine. It was so difficult.
Day 2: Today was arguably worse, every muscle in my body was aching sm.
Day 3: Everything felt a lot more tiring today, but it didn't hurt as much.
Day 4: Today I felt a lot better, its not easy but its getting less painful lol.
Day 5: Idk why but today I felt like I had literally 0 energy. Maybe Im still recovering from yday.
Day 6: I bruised my knee earlier today so some of the exercises were a lot harder lol.
Day 7: I skipped today because i got home super late from school and didnt have time unfortunately 🙁
Day 8: Today actually felt a lot better, maybe its because of the rest day? For now ill stick with my daily routine but i might add some rest days later.
Day 9: I missed today too mostly due to my own forgertfulness lol but i promise I HAVENT GIVEN UP. i just need to find a more consistent routine
Day 10: Today felt pretty good, nothing too difficult but not easy.
I did it ??! I feel mostly dead, but I’m very proud of myself for having done this workout ?? Mind you, it wasn’t anywhere near as agile as Pam did it, and I had a couple more breaks than she did, but… I finished it!
I’m going to start my new fitness journey from this day on. Does anybody want to be my workout buddy? I fear I’ll lag behind and stop after a few days without motivation ?? If you have the same problem, please contact me 🙂 We can do it together! ???

I went to hell and back in those 20 minutes.

Same amount of time 20 minutes, instead of using 20 minutes for watching youtube, i want to change myself and i take this exercise 20 minute for me so so long, i want give up st but i will follow it and check my result. Btw my english is not good but i on the way to study it pretty hard. I hope my summer meaningful.

day 1: started this cuz i dont wanna feel guilt after eating it is extremely hard and i have to pause multiple times and take multiple breaks hopefully by week 2 ill be able to take less breaks

Soo I am too weak for some of the exercises, especially in my upper body, so I modified it a bit. Instead of 30 sec plank jacks -> only 15 sec and 15 sec simple plank. Did all the push ups with knee down and was simply holding during the side planks without extra leg/arm movement.
