An intense Full Body Workout, that you can do without equipment, wherever and whenever you like ♥︎ this is definitely more intense than my old 20min Full Body Video (the one with 19 million views) // Werbung

It targets the muscles of your entire body and gives you a good sweat 🙂 For some reason, I had soooo much fun filming this workout. I just enjoy the music and the exercises a loooot here.

Grab yourself a towel or yoga mat & let’s do this together! NO EXCUSES.

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need more breaks – TAKE THEM! Don’t worry too much about that. You will improve over time 🙂 that’s the best feeling!

    è la prima volta che mi alleno dopo mesi e ho scelto questo workout alcuni esercizi non li ho fatti al massimo e mi fermavo ler qualche secondo alla fine ero stanca morta non riuscivo nemache a stare in piedi, ho lavorato così tanto che mi veniva da lavorare ma ora sono così fiera di me per non aver mollato

    I am doing this challenge for 21 day
    Actually its proud feeling. Well i am doing in and off exercise from last one year and i have lose more than 10 kg but ig i really hope my current weight – 55 and my aim is -50-52 and just wanna gain more confidence and healfhy mindset in my body..
    Day -1 i did it and complete it.. And not really struggle to do this one. Its good one totally sweaty..
    Day -2 i completed it with lot of sweat.. It was good. Feeling good actually…
    day -3 damn i had stomach ache so couldn't able to…
    Day -4 i did it ( even i didn't two day in between but damn i went somewhere so couldn't able to)
