This routine starts with a concentrated and slow exercises: for lower abs, upper abs & side abs. We will continue with plank movements to increase our overall core strength and finish off with some high intensity exercises.. to break a little sweat!
I really hope you like this one 🙂 .. because I definitely LOVE this new routine. It’s super challenging!
▸ I burned 85kcal in those 15min! That’s more than I do for the other ab routines.
If you are taller or heavier than me (I’m 163cm), you will for sure burn more calories!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you’re used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed 🙂 If you need a break tho – take it! Just don’t quit!

the first couple of minutes BURN LIKE HELL – I know ? but it gets easier as soon the planks start.
By the way: why were you guys always complaining about Jack Knife (aka. Pam Knife) .. I think the Starfish is WAY harder!
What was the hardest movement for you?

bruh the last four exercises tremendous for me because it's my arms that hurt from holding myself up without putting them down. LOL my core doesn't burn at that point.

Just wanted you to know this is my favorite weight free workout. It is wonderful and intense, looking forward to the day when my body looks like yours
When I started the workout my stomach felt so sore but after the plank everything got easier will definitely write how I felt each day for a week rn it’s day 1 and I haven’t felt anything yet and I’m not expecting to feel anything yet either but let’s wait for day 2!

Not recommended, excercise is not divers enough, same positioning, servere neck pain afterwards… Unhealthy workout!

day 1: ✅it was burning so bad and i couldn't do the end 4 exercises of the workout…
day 2: ❌i didn't do it, since my abs were still burning from yesterday.
day 3: ✅once again i couldn't finish the last 4 exercises but i definitely pushed myself this time. once again it's burning
day 4: ❌i didn't have the time to do it
day 5: ✅i managed to complete the whole thing this time, however i took a couple of breaks inbetween.
day 6: ✅ i did the whole thing with a couple of breaks inbetween

i love this workout
I always wanted to get abs to be like the girls in my class I decided to go to the gym and It made me feel more active but having a belly that's really big really makes it difficult to feel fit my brother recommended me to do a ab workout through the week this is my first day of this workout and I needed to stop halfway through I hope next day I could do a little more till one day I can do it without problem : )

Whew??unbelievable my stomach burns. Hopefully if I keep doing this I will be able to call them abs. First time, and I couldn’t finish it. Your last three exercises I ended up doing yoga because I wanted to finish but didn’t have the strength left in me. Loved it. Great workout. I will be back to finish it you can count on that. Only had three more exercises to go. Thank you for a new challenge.
