    Very intense. Still can’t do it entirely, it requires at least 10 sessions of this to be a little more comfortable.
    I’d say, probably 3-4 times a week, for a month, to see the beggining of great results !
    Nothing more than 15mn 🙂

    Wish there was a music choice tab or no music tab. I want to hear the count in/out but this music is just brutal to a middle age dude. Lol. Ironically it’s the laziest type of music, it’s not hard to make, find a loop for drums, find another for bass and keys, copy paste for 15 minutes and it’s done. Someone may have played each instrument and I apologize if that’s the case but I’m guessing it’s just fun at the laptop stuff.

    Thanks for this. I've not made it to the gym since my son was born (7 months) and I was scaling down the exercises from about 5 mins in! But it was an excellent start, I'll repeat this a few times until I can actually complete the 15 minute set without embarrassment, then find what else you have to offer. Hopefully you're extending my life expectancy!
