Never skip a workout again when you are short on time! I have a quick and effective full body Tabata workout that will ensure you get an awesome workout in only 10 minutes.

This quick sweat session includes 2 Tabatas plus an abs finisher! Plus, it’s a no equipment workout, so all you have to do is press play and kick butt!

FULL BODY TABATA PLUS ABS FINISHER WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, STRUCTURE, AND EXERCISES

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

STRUCTURE
TWO TABATAS
8 ROUNDS EACH
WORK: 20 REST: 10
ONE MINUTE OF REST BETWEEN TABATAS
ABS FINISHER
WORK: 90 REST: 0

TABATA 1
– PLANK KNEE PULL – RIGHT x 2
– PLANK KNEE PULL – LEFT x 2
– PUSHUPS x 2
– SHOULDER TAPS AND PLANK JACKS x 2

TABATA 2
– SUMO SQUAT WITH CROSS BODY JABS x 4
– LOW SQUAT JACK ARMS UP/OUT x 4

ABS FINSIHER
– AB AND OBLIQUE WORK WITH A VARIATION OF MOVES AND TEMPO

    I feel I deserve a trophy because by some miracle the jacks move did not result in me peeing my pants. ?
    This was easy to follow even with the quick changes and truly does not need much space. I was happy for the short timer which allowed me to really go for it. Thank you!
