I know, we have a love-hate relationship to my 15min HIIT workout. Me too, I admit that.
A 10min routine was definitely missing on my channel! Still a killer, still burning lots of calories, still breaking a sweat.. but: it’s only 10 minutes 😀
This workout is:
1. FILLED WITH BASICS.
Nothing too fancy, nothing too dancy. Ask your male partner to join! They won’t need to shake their hips for this one.
2. a mix out of “QUICK MOVEMENTS” and “ACTIVE BREAKS”.
You will find Dolphin Holds & Planks in between all the quick movements. Almost feels like a break, but don’t forget to keep the core strength 😀
3. HIGH ENERGY.
For some reason it doesn’t drag me down – but rather gives me MORE energy! Might also be the music though.
by the way: NO LUNGES.

If you struggle or need a break: don’t worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you’re ready 🙂 most important is that you don’t quit and push yourself.
▸ Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 70-130 kcal.
I burned about 80kcal in those 10min (which is a lot for me, I’m a small human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session).

istg this video is neverending. i'm doing it after her 10 minute "sexy legs workout" and i'm pretty sure my legs are gonna give up on me soon😭

Estoy enferma, mi nariz, garganta, ojos, huesos, sienten incomodidad y dolor pero decidi hacer estos 10min de cardio para sentirme mejor, no sé si funcione, hoy no me siento bien, hoy era dia de una de mis rutinas mas pesadas y dolorosas pero debido al dolor de huesos no creo poder cargarle peso a mi espalda y manos, etc. Intentare hacer yoga por lo menos

Lovs this workout! Is this somehting we can do everyday? Just wondering cause i have read not to do hiit everyday but im not sure if its ok with this one since its shorter or maybe i got wrong info anyways haha 🙂

I’m pretty sure she’s trying to kill us in this video I thought I was gonna hyperventilate after I did it, bro I was literally dripping in sweat. My face was bright, red I always do hiit workouts, but this was a totally different from any other hiit workout that I ever did

Do you have any longer workouts ? Like 30-40 mins ? At this level of intensity? I’ve tried your 20 min ones , but they re not as intense as this

omg, first time finishing it ❤🎉
Day 4: still struggling but saw a MASSIVE improvement in my endurance. i go through the first 4 exercises without losing breath but then i began to be out of breath and had to take a few mor elittle breaks but got through the whole video doing more exercises and more reps than before. i tried a diff video but i always come back to this one. its the best.
