HI FRIENDS!! Welcome to another week of workouts! I’m taking you to the gym with me and showing you exactly how I train. Every week looks different for me, but this was a pretty standard split for me. We’re toning up and building strength this week + every week! Hope you enjoy the video :’)

» back squats (12×5)
» deficit RDL (10×4 supersetted with…)

» standing shoulder press (10×4 supersetted with…)
» shoulder press w/ lighter dumbbells (10-15 x 4)
» incline DB press to close grip (8×4)
» dumbbell chest fly (10×4 supersetted with…)
» tricep kickbacks (10×4)

» treadmill sprints (30 sec sprint + 30 sec rest for 15 min)

FRIDAY (LEG DAY)
» hex bar deadlift (10×5)
» hip thrusts (12×4 supersetted with)

    Ok so I'm a newbie to working out and organizing my workout plans. I know that you have a lot of a week of workouts but if I chose to stick with the week of workouts for this video would that be the best thing to do until the summer? Or is it better to alternate my workouts every week?

    How much do you weigh and how tall are you?

    Theres no way she did 4 sets of 12 rep hip thrusts using 245 pounds (including bar), and on top of that making it a super set…Unless she waited 3+ minutes between sets (which would be very counter productive to the 12 rep range for hypertrophy, high wait times is not good for growing muscle mass but for strength) so I don't buy that at all. Other than that good vid! Gave me a lot of new ideas

    Omg I used to have trouble w deadlifts but I learned that if you engage your core as much as you can according to your weight the pain on your back goes away.
