Thanks Brix. I’m a 21 year old dude with low self-esteem weighing in about 105kg. I’m the most lazy person ever. I’ve literally never in my 21 years stepped foot inside a gym. I’ve always thought about gyms being so overwhelming because there is so much to do. This really helped me, and now I feel like I have a plan. I will start tomorrow following these steps. I am going to begin using this workout this week. Just a quick question as I’m fairly new to working out properly, do all these upper body excersies also target biceps and triceps as you do them? Or will I need a different exercise for them. Cheers

Needed to see this so much, hardly any videos out there for those just starting out and will be a great help.
As a beginner, should I try and do all of these workouts every time I have a gym day or should I start splitting up my gym days using muscle groups ex. (Legs Monday, back and shoulders Tuesday) etc etc
Will something like this routine, build muscle mass, with healthy eating? I'm a complete gym beginner.
