Do you have a static holds routine that is good for building L-sit strength? You have a phenomenal ability to keep abs from being boring but I am working on mastering my fundamental calidthenics moves.

I often tend to think that lower ab workouts are just like any ab workout, you train your whole abs but there’s no focus on the lower part specifically…But this one… i did it yesterday and my lower abs are definitely sore while the rest isn’t at all!

I'm 7 months postpartum, and let me TELL y'all, trying these ab workouts while properly engaging the abs without coning is a STRUGGLE. Imma get my washboard abs back tho, just y'all watch. Imma get it done 💪
