    I do intermittent fasting and I know I don't consume enough protein. I workout in the mornings about 5 days a week. I'm looking to lose weight. I do use weights at least 3 times a week. Will I need to get in at least 2 shakes a day? Meal replacement? Thanks! Love your videos!

    Thank you for doing this video! I've been doing your workouts for about the past 2wks as an add-on to my other workouts and I am ALWAYS challenged! I've even told many of my friends to follow you guys. I'm a pescatarian who not always gets in a sufficient amount of protein which is obv needed after one of your workouts, so this video helps tremendously! You guys are so cute…keep up the great work, you're inspiring many!!

    Awesome video!!! I have been using a plant based protein with good incredients and not a lot of sugar, the flavor is ok, but it’s very chalky and difficult to blend. 😅😅😅 I am going to try these proteins!!! I’m so excited!!! Thank you!!!
