I have actually done these exercises before, just couldn't stick with them so imma try again. This time imma stick with it for two weeks and then attempt for a month. Please keep reminding me.
Measurements-
inner thighs- 23 inches/58 cm (approx.)
lower thighs- 17 inches/ 43 cm (approx.)
Next measurement check- after a week
Day 1- did two sets cuz ik i will be unmotivated the next few days.
Day 2- did it!!!! Unmotivated, as predicted, but still did it. Only 1 set. My quads are definitely getting prominent. Also, is it just me or are quads just so hot. Like fr.

During the first and second workout my knees hurt a lot…any advice?

Doing this as a side workout. If youโre doing a stomach/back workout, the fat will drop to you thighs. So, doing this with other workouts might help! FEEL THE BURN!
