We are absolutely obsessed with this peanut butter banana smoothie! My 11-year old daughter created it and if you make it on the thicker side, it tastes just like soft-serve ice cream.

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE
2 frozen bananas
2 scoops chocolate protein powder*
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder*
1 cup 2% milk or any milk you prefer
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients into a blender, pop on the lid and blend until thick and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
NOTES
You can use any type of protein powder you like. Personally, I enjoy the flavor and texture of whey protein powder.
Peanut butter powder is essentially dehydrated peanuts that are ground into a powder. It is low fat and high protein, so itโs a fun way to add flavor and protein to your smoothies. If you donโt have any, simply sub in 1-2 tablespoons of all-natural peanut butter.
If you want to add a nutritional boost to your smoothie, toss in a big handful of baby spinach. You wonโt even taste it!

Mango Smoothie
This smoothie is tangy and sweet. Be sure you have nice ripe mangoes for this one!
Ingredients:
2 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 c. mango nectar
2 mangos, peeled and chopped
1 c. ice cubes
Directions:
Put all the ingredients except the ice cubes into the blender and process until smooth. Add the cup of ice cubes and blend till they are crushed and smooth.
