    My first Body Project workout and I am HOOKED!!!
    What an amazingly fun and effective workout!!! WOW!! LOVED the moves, the intensity and the positive and motivating encouragement from Daniel.
    My high impact days are behind me so having fun workouts like this from a fantastic instructor was a true find for me!!!! I had so much fun!!

    I loved this workout. It's been a while since I've done aerobics. With moving heavy furniture and designing my showroom floor for seven years… I didn't think I needed to. Pandemic happened… right before then I had chosen to semi retire. Husband got cancer. I forgot to take care of myself. I'm embarrassed to admit. I paused the video around 22 minutes. I did this for three minutes for heart rate to calm a bit and walk out out. Embarrassing part? You did exercises to do exactly that when I hit play again. Intensity died in me as I felt slight muscle fatigue near end. But pushed through until the end. Will do the same one tomorrow so I get used to following these types of directions once more. Thank you! Love it!

    I'm a teenager and I've been struggling quite a bit. I'm getting out of my comfort zone from right this moment.
    Day1: Completed with no breaks. Intensity was moderate for me. And I'm pretty emotional. Feeling very happy since I've never committed to exercise for a whole 30mins before.
    Day2: I did 40 incline pushups throughout the day yesterday so my body was a little sore but still done!
    To all those working on a better you! Keep fighting 💪 You've got this:) 💓💓

    I just want say I am a 33 year old female I weighed 188 pounds! I prayed to Jesus to help me lose weight and God directed me and taught me and God used theses amazing videos and the amazing people who create them to help people like us! Amen in April 25 2021 I weighed 188 I now weigh of march 17 2022 145 pounds . Diet exercise , persistency prayer ! Praise Jesus God bless the people who make theses videos.
