Hey girl… what a tasty 😋recipe!! We're Cape Tonians from South Africa 🇿🇦 but my hubby has Spanish roots and my kids embrace their Spanish culture through food, music and dance. So anyways… I made this dish for our Sunday lunch and my family were over the moon about the amazing flavour punch. So whenever you and you family travel to SA 🇿🇦 mi casa esta abierta

Hey Hey! Been a silent viewer for a long time! I made this recipe tonight and it was fire! I even managed to make some homemade corn tortillas to go with and it was sooo good! My husbands nose was running a little after eating, I might have used a little too much chili powder but, man, what flavor! Thanks for another great recipe!

I never comment but love your videos, I am currently making this recipe right now, minus the lemon juice since I don’t have any so I hope it still works out I know with lemon juice so acidic my meat may still be tough.

Update: Everyone I made this dish. My cook time was a little longer because I have an electric stove but baby! This was ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! I intended on cooking it the day I seasoned it but life happened and it marinated for 2 days and I was afraid. It was so worth it. So flavorful. So delicious, hearty and light. I was not a fan of the tomato. But everything else 🤤
