    Tip: it’s better if you soak chia seeds in a liquid for at least 20 minutes before consuming so all it’s benefits can be released

    I do a simple smoothie bowl with frozen raspberries and strawberries, unsweetened rolled oats and milk for my smoothie bowl. It tastes like ice cream!!

    My go to smoothie is:
    Coconut water
    Celery
    Blueberries
    Chia seeds
    Mango
    5 lil squeezes of honey then blended together
    All the fruit is frozen when put in blender

    I like to drink It with a straw likes it's a ICEE but healthy version XD
