    I’m a beginner I’m 14 and I do this
    1 min of Jumping Jacks
    3-4 reps of 10 Push Ups
    2 reps of 25 Bicep Curls each arm
    2 reps of 25 forearm Curls each arm
    2 reps of 25 crunches
    2 reps of 20 Russian Twists
    2 reps of 20 Squats
    1 min of Calf Raises
    I do it two days in a row take two break days then do the workout 2 more times then the 2 break days and so on is it good or bad let me know

    I just staarted calensthetetics and im doing as of rn 4×25 pushups, 5×5 pullups, and 200 shrugs with at the moment some heavier dumbells. and im trying to figure out something for legs maybe preexhaust BW and than doing some lunges for 1 set. and doing this everyday, ive been getting good results so far

    im adding 5 reps to pushups every 1-2 weeks, 1-2 pullups to each set every 1-2 weeks, shrugs im just increasing the weight, and with lunges adding 10-20 more squats and adding 5 pounds to the weight
