Food systems are at the root of some of the world’s biggest challenges, from malnourishment to obesity and its consequences for chronic disease – not to mention greenhouse gas emissions, to which agriculture contributes more than transportation. Marion Nestle, Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health at New York University, discusses how policies would need to change to make the healthy choice also the easy choice for consumers.
