About the show:

Smoothies are an increasing number of famous health fashion and regularly advertised as a fitness food. These flexible drinks are portable, family-friendly, and modifiable for any flavor or nutritional preference. Smoothies are smooth to put together yourself.

Green Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients: For 500 ml (2 glasses)
• Major leafy vegetable (anyone): 1.5 cup leaves of spinach leaves OR lettuce OR kale OR rocket leaves OR 12-15 khatta sabji OR green sorrel OR amaranth OR chawli leaves OR any other local green (except fenugreek)
• Minor greens (any two): 8-10 leaves of mint, curry leaves, tulsi leaves, celery, parsley, coriander sticks 8-10, betel leaf 1
• 1 apple/ pear/ guava/ kiwi/ dragon fruit / strawberries 3 nos.
• ½ lemon juice + ½ tsp rock salt
• Pinch of black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, methi powder, Haldi
• 1 glass water

Description:

• Put all ingredients in the blender and churn for 3 minutes. Sit and drink sip by sip allowing the saliva to mix with it fully!

    Hi, I am watching your videos online from US and see that dr Pramod and your team are doing a great job- I have one question – can I skip smoothie in morning and either have it later mid day or just lightly stir fry the greens and then have it? My stomach gets a bit upset with raw greens and I get loose motions diarrhea after I take smoothie early morning-, so help doctor – advice me please ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏😃❤️
