Frozen mixed fruit smoothie recipe
* 3 cups mixed fruit Or your choice of fruit
* 1 cup heavy cream or milk
* 1/2 cup yogurt
* 2-3 tbsp Sweetener or sugar
1-BLEND . Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.If the mixture seems to thick, add an extra milk or water.If it seems too thin add an extra fruit
2-serve immediately and enjoy!
