    Trying this for a week:
    Day 1: it wasent overly hard and u can feel the burn all I will say is u need to stretch ur neck before this workout and only paused once for a water break

    Been doing this for a week!

    Here’s what I got: No visible abs 🙁
    It’s more difficult for me to lose weight so certain reasons, but I have noticed that it got easier doing this workout. Keep it up!

    Im gonna try to do this(im wearing a cami too btw and I'm 13)

    Tuesday: ✔ hurt- a lot and my neck too😂 I'm already slim but yk that little bulge on your lower abdomen that's just annoying😬.

    Wednesday: ✔ Neck didnt1 hurt anymore but core still does. A few breaks in between like yesterday but doing better:)

    I have done this workout for 10 days,ate normally just more fruit and vegetables,and I got good results!
    I went from looking bloatedx2 to a flat tummy I skipped breakfast everyday and stopped eating around 7:308:00.
    Good luck to everyone else!Hope you get good results!
    here is what I would do if you are trying to lose weight and look skinnier
    Idk why but sucking in my stomach helped a lot
    Skip breakfast
    Stop eating around 7:00 or 2 hours before you go to bed
    Don't have snacks throughout the day
    Do this workout atleast once a day for a week
    Eat more fruit
    Eat less carbs such as try to stop eating sandwhiches and have soup Don't eat potatoes and swap it for a salad.Pasta is alright depending on what sauce you use.Wraps can be used.

    If you do all of this you will see better results

    Started this yesterday, going to try for a month. I'll try to update consistently to mark my progress (probably just for the first week or two). Wish me luck, haha.

    Day 1: Did it once, I was able to get through the whole video.

    Day 2: Only slight soreness from the day before. Did it twice today, once in the afternoon and once at night. I was able to get through both times, but I was feeling it a bit more during that second time.

    Day 3: Still, only feeling slight soreness. Did the workout twice again, though I was exhausted by tonight and probably didn't do them to the best of my ability… oops. I did notice a couple of the exercises feeling easier which is nice.

    doing this as a bullied 11 year old, I weigh about 98 pounds,
    day 1: definitely couldn’t do a ton of the workouts correctly, my core is in pain, i can’t make my legs straight, and I’m really hoping for a flat stomach.
    day 2: im getting better! the burn and struggle is still pretty real, I am so far not seeing any difference, but I was not expecting much!

    ~I also do jump rope everyday and dance practices when I can 🙂 (im doing ping pong rn lololol)
    Day 1: DID IT feeling so slay
    Day 2: WAS SO SORE my ego was too big for this today LOL still did it tho

    Starting this challenge today!! This is to help me stay motivated to continue through the full week and see if I see any changes!
    Day 1: Feeling hot and thankful afterwards!! Whoever could do this workout for the first time with no breaks is a beast… I stopped so many times.. struggled a couple times, contemplated my life a bit

    This is disappointing tho girl there are many of us most of us who could never have a FLAT stomach in 1 week. I really like your videos and helping people get in better shape but dont click bait….say, in 1 week you will be on your way to a more toned stomach and healthier body….

    i'm going to do this for a week<3

    day 1: I could feel some pain while doing it but I did it!

    day 2: this time it was easier, but ofc i still felt some pain

    day 3: I got my period but I did it anyway

    1.Gün:Egzersizleri tam olarak nasıl yapacağımı anlamaya çalışarak vakit kaybettim. Karnım ve sırtım acayip yandı.

    2.Gün: Egzersizi anlamak için birkaç kez bakmam yeterli oldu. Karnımın yanması hoşuma gitti ama sırtım acıdığı için neredeyse her egzersizin yarısında iki saniyelik mola verdim.

    3.Gün: Karnımda yanmayı daha fazla hissettim. Belim çok ağrıdığı için neredeyse her egzersizin yarısında iki saniyelik mola verdim.

    4.Gün: Öncesinde ara verdiğim bazı egzersizleri bugün ara vermeden yapabildim ve karnımda yanmayı daha fazla hissettim. Belim düne göre daha az ağrıdı ve acıdı ama bir iki egzersizde çok zorlandığı için iki üç saniyelik ara verdim. Yavaş yavaş daha iyi yapabilmeye başlıyorum.

    day 1: i just finished day 1 and tbh it wasn't hard! i thought ut would be so hard cuz it has no breaks but i was wrong. this is the first work out i rlly enjoy doing and it's so easy! coming from a person who gets tired without even doing anything

    doing this every day for a week before vacation!! i’m combining this with one other yt workout and some lifting!! i’ll keep updating!!

    day 1- i did it!! burns a bit, but i knew what was coming next since ive dont this so many times in the past! excited to see what i can change in just a week!!

    day 2- done !! did it while watching harry potter, still burns. but i did it!! no results yet but it is only day 2 so not surprised

    day 3- skipping ❌. i don’t feel good and i tried to do it in my bed and almost threw up LMFAO 😨 so i’ll just do it twice tomorrow
