    Pretty decent video but disappointed… they left out rear shoulders and if there is anything usually lacking on an average gym rat it's rear shoulders.
    *A little tip I learned many years ago… when doing bar curls(E-Z bar or straight bar) besides not swaying and keeping your arms pinned by your side… focus squeezing your grip with extra focus on your pinkies… it turns up the intensity of the contraction! Cheers! 💪🏻💥👍🏻
