    Ok so I've gotten skinny 3 times lol in the last 8 years.I then gain the weight back because people tell me I look to skinny.I go from 230 pounds to 180.I am 5"11.My question is..how do you lose weight and gain muscle??
    I don't like looking skinny and I don't like looking fat.I always end up gaining the weight back because I try to gain decent weight but I just get fat.
