The father should have learned a long time ago to always ask at every place that serves food and drinks what does or does not have peanuts in them. I also think this could have been dealt with better if he remained calm.

He obviously didn’t react properly here at all, but many are mistaking the story. He did say, “no peanuts” and said he explained it to them. They even admitted he said there has to be no peanuts. Their only claim is he didn’t stress as to why. He disputes that. So, yes, he acted wrong, but if my child almost died because they ignored what they were told? Yeah, ,,,, my reaction would have been quite bad as well.

Idk much about the smoothie place in the video but from what I've read it seems they have a variety of nut based products in there smoothie so why did the father go in there specifically if he knew his child and an allergy to nuts …This is giving me Demi Lovato vibes when she went out of her way to a yougurt store that was dairy/sugar free and got triggered and saw it as a personal attack🙄
Like you can go to specific stores or even better you can easyly make your own smoothie …like I have certain spices and foods that i know upset my stomach or i can consume in moderation and I look at the meniu and the ingredients idc were i am, the menu and ingrediente are there for a reason

According the police report, he told them not to put peanut butter in the smoothie, which they complied with, but he failed to mention it was due to allergy reasons and since many ingredients contain traces of peanuts there was nothing they could do. This is all on this fool of a father.
