When I bring you a recipe on video. I strive to make things as clear as I can. I try to always use items that are available at our local grocer. And most important I make food that I eat at my home with my family. With that said, I absolutely love these puffy tacos. The dough has taken me a while to come up with just the right amount of Maseca and all- purpose flour. This is the recipe that I have used for years. I have not changed a thing. I do hope you give it a try. If you have any questions please leave it in the comments below and i will get back to you as soon as I can. Have a wonderful day.
xoxo

Good morning Laura! I have a comal that’s made of cast iron. Sometimes when I cook my tortillas I noticed some black ashy residue on them. Which would be the best way to clean my comal?
