This video gave me so much confidence!! I've never gone to the gym before comfortably and this year it's my goal to go regularly. I joined an empty gym and have found I actually love it!! I've always convinced myself it's scary and I can't do it. In my head, anything other than free weights didn't seem like an option. But Im so relieved and excited to start.
