These are all great! If you're trying to get more calories in, a very easy way is to blend some softened oats for even more B vitamins, minerals etc.

Hi Chris I have been following you on YouTube for a while yesterday I've tried that Ginger Shot it was bad ass! But I replaced the bee pollen for chia seeds since I'm allergic to pollen you think its good to replace it with that?

Just a tip. Don't use a knife to peel a ginger. Use a spoon. It is way more effective and you save more ginger.
