Smoothie recipes:

1- Ginger shot Smoothie
Recipe:
1 tbsp Bee pollen
1/4 cup turmeric
1/2 cup ginger
1 orange
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 lemon
3/4 cup water

2- Berry smoothie
Recipe:
1/2 cup blueberry
1/2 cup strawberry
1/4 cup black berry
1/4 cup raspberry
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup water

3- Green juice
Recipe:
1 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 cup cucumber
1 green apple
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1/2 lemon
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup ginger
1 cup water

4- Apple cider & kiwi
Recipe:
1/2 green Apple
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 kiwi
1/2 cup water

5- Orange smoothie
Recipe:
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 orange
1/2 lime
1 cup Carrot
3/4 cup water

    These are all great! If you're trying to get more calories in, a very easy way is to blend some softened oats for even more B vitamins, minerals etc.

    Just a tip. Don't use a knife to peel a ginger. Use a spoon. It is way more effective and you save more ginger.
