    I first did this workout back in 2020 and continued doing this till 2021 mid w little breaks in between and I have lost more than 10kgs in the pandemic. I'd say JUST GO FOR IT!

    Neglecting ur body really affects ur body, I wasn't able to do things I was doing perfectly about a year ago today 🙁 my legs hurt even tho I only did 14mins 🤬 this will be the last time I stop exercising, I'll make it a habit Insha'Allah!
