    its been like 6 months since I did this work out video. I have been sticking to weights but man this brings nostalgia I remember putting this up on my tv while watching anime motivation workout videos while working out lol. I am still doing weights but ima be doing cardio again from now on .Thank you Sir :}

    It's so funny reading the remarks because I find myself, well in the realms of my fitness with others. I laugh at myself since it took me 2 weeks to be able to do 3 exercises, then when I figured to do it again I would stop at the 20 sec mark, then go on when the others went on, and wait 2 days and restart… Now one month later, I noticed I can go to the 10 sec mark.. wooohooo… the bend down exercise I can't do because of my back but WOW bravo guys/gal I just love you guys and the natural way of exercising… keep it up.. I will also try to keep it up because it's the best one I've watched so far
