I love that it's timed instead of counted doing as many as I can in 45 second is a lot less stressful that doing excalty 20

I finished the workout although I had to take a minute rest in between sets instead of 30 seconds but felt great! Usually could never finish the whole 30 minutes as I get lazy! But this was fun and kept me going xx

This is probably one of the beat workouts i’ve come across. It’s 30 minites long, has no ads and is easy to do but still makes me sweat like a horse. Safe to say I achieve to do this one every day

Loved this! I was feeling a little guilty for not getting to the gym today, but I definitely sweat enough at home in this 30 minutes to feel like I wasn't getting away with anything!
