    I finished the workout although I had to take a minute rest in between sets instead of 30 seconds but felt great! Usually could never finish the whole 30 minutes as I get lazy! But this was fun and kept me going xx

    This is probably one of the beat workouts i’ve come across. It’s 30 minites long, has no ads and is easy to do but still makes me sweat like a horse. Safe to say I achieve to do this one every day

    I have bone overgrowth on my left wrist from breaking it three times that rendered my left hand/arm completely useless in terms of holding up my weight and anything that even remotely resembles a plank and I get so frustrated when I try to work out
