So yeah, i'm a 15 y/o girl trying to lose weight a little bit my waistline is 30 and waist is 29 or something ik I'm not that fat but still I wanna lose a lil bit around my belly area and I started my workout routine from today so I'll keep you all updated stay tuned!
Day 1 – God help me🥵It's difficult in the beginning I'm half way done rn not wanting to do more but I think I will my legs are burning badly my neck area is also burning.😣

hii, i'll try to do this workout for 2 weeks but not daily.
my height= about 163-165cm.
my weight= 69kg n i want to achieve 64kg?
day 1: i only did it for 10 minutes cs im weak asf, sorry.
holy cow its my first day doing this workout and i barely survived. pain is temporary swag is forever

weight : 47 kg
goals : 40 kg
But I'm so lazy TT
This is the longest 30 minutes in my entire lifeee
Can i do this exercise daily?
Can i loss 5 kg in 1 month with only this video?

Day 1- I woke up at liek 7:30 am to do this~ I started at abt 7:35am, first half was kinda hard liek I felt lik dyingg but as the 2nd half came I had more powerand my mind set sorta changed! Rn i fel like my limbs gonna falll of like my stomach is going thru headache and my neck hurts :')
But I will keep on going!!! And so should u 😀
Day 2- I woke up earlier today to do the exerscices! Its was rlly hard like my non existent abs were hurting and so wer my thigh and my elbows streangth was weakkk but i did it anyways! An I think u should keep on going too!!!
Also I can't walk lmaoo
Day 3-My body is liek rlly sore and I'm not able to get thru with all the exercises and I'm not even sure if I'm doing it right…Idk if progress will come or not..But I def fell stronger :))

Can i do this workout while on periods??
I started Day 1 of the workout today. It went pretty good. I feel tired, but I'm proud that I finished the workout. 🙂
Day 2 = done (march 21)
Day 3 – done (march 22)
Day 4 = done (march 23) I was so tired omg
the key to success is consistency and pain, so enjoy all the process, don't never give up, no pain, no gain.
i gained 5kg after doing this exercise for 1 week! i am extremely sad 😔 is this normal?
