    If I were to do this work out. How many times a day should I do it for best results. And when will I start to see results? I'm new to working out. I am 9.0stone and 5ft.2 im happy with my weight I just want to tone up and look in good shape. Helppp!!! 🙈

    I’m going to mark the days I do and edit this every time I do it!
    7 days in a row!
    Edit- It’s been 3 weeks since I last updated, I’ve been doing other workouts but also I got very sick and had to stop for a week, then thanksgiving I let myself rest for majority of the time. But now I am motivated as heck! I am determined and to everyone else, you got this!
    Edit- it’s been 2 months. I took a huge break bc I went to Hawaii and ate as much as I wanted w no working out- then Christmas- then straight to Alabama where I did the same. It was hard to get back into working out but I started Sunday and it’s Wednesday and I j completed another set!
