IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

    ☑day 1 : decided to do it after a small dance practice but stopped at 80% because of extra tiredness 🙁 i'll try to do my best tomorrow
    ☑ day 2 : workout done ! today it wasn't hard at all, i also did an abc one
    ☑ day 3 : it was muuuuuuuuuuch easier
    ☑ day 4 : donee! im so proud of myself

    Should I continue doing the workouts for the 2022 Weight Loss Challenge if I got Covid? Or should I wait for the full recovery? And are there any exercises that I can do so it would be less sore when I continue doing the challenge again? I'm currently at day 8!

    I'm a 16 year old with pcos. Height 160cm and weight almost 76 . I'm starting to do this workout from today. Wish me luck😜
    Day 1: ✅ gosh it was hard . I took a lot of break in between but kept pushing myself to compelete it
    Day 2 : ✅ wooww I feel amazing ngl. I actually tried not to do the last video but I felt guilty and finished it all
    Day 3 : ✅ omg, At first I used to take atleast 3 or 4 breaks in between a workout video but today I didn't even take a single break wooww and I'm loving it
    Day 4 : rest🙂
    Day 5 : ✅It was hard but did all the workouts
    Day 6 :✅ It was much easier than my first day . I feel a lot stronger

    i started the 2022 weight loss challenge one week ago, this being the first video in the program. i had done body weight training for about a month (i hadn't exercised regularly in 3 years bc i was in an abusive relationship and became seriously depressed) and wanted to challenge myself more.

    i was never a fan of HIIT and doing this the first time i cried DURING (i wanted to give up, but i kept thinking chloe writing on her website "it's supposed to be hard" and it kept me going!<3) and AFTER. after finishing this workout and crying for 15 minutes i felt SO good and proud of myself!

    today is the 8th day of this challenge and i just finished this workout. i was out of breath, kept taking additional short breaks, but finished strong and proud. i'm amazed how well i could do this compared to day 1.

    DON'T GIVE UP GUYS!!! <3 wishing you all love and light. thank you chloe for your wonderful work and effort! <3

    I think my breathing is affected by covid, which I caught before Easter holidays. I have noticed that I pant too easily for long periods of time, and I need to stop moving all together to calm my breathing down.

    This is hands down one of the most fun workout videos I've come across so far. Most videos focus on workout only which gets slightly monotonous but this video made the jumps feel like dancing, which made it so much fun I didn't even realize when the 30 seconds was over!     day 1: im shaking, sweating. feels better than laying in bed tho.
    day 2: “easy peasy.” hurting but not easy. better drive than yesterday.
    day 3: good until someone made a comment on my body during, made it really hard to workout after but i pushed through and it was vv worth it.
    day 4 – rest
    day 5: much much easier than expected lol. still hurt
    day 6: my struggle with upper body was vv obvious but my stamina has increased <3

    I'm currently 194 lbs
    Day 1: ✅ Took couple breaks, but i still did it. Proud of myself.
    Day 2: ✅ This is so hard even the warm up took me out but still kept going.
    Day 3: ✅ It was actually not that bad am starting to get the hang of it.
